At Deshla (Deodar Naturals), we aim to provide premium-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any products once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only for glassware, fine china, and accessories.
All approved exchanges are subject to a 15% reverse shipping fee.
If the exchanged product does not qualify for Free Shipping, an additional re-shipping fee will be charged at the time of dispatch.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us via email or chat within 24 hours of delivery.
After verification and inspection, we will arrange a replacement where applicable.
Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

Tea & Consumable Products

As per FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) regulations, tea, herbal infusion, honey and other consumable products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted for these items under any circumstances.
